Hey internet, status update! I just finished the scarf-body of my Lady Rainicorn scarf project. I actually think it's really awesome: I've left a slit in the middle of it to feed the scarf through, and when pulled tight, it is really quite warm and comfy.
I guess the only problem is that I don't really wear scarves. It's pretty much stupidly warm year-round where I live, after all. (California got the short end of the season-stick.)
Besides that, I just recently picked up some
beautiful sparkly, dark blue yarn for an amigurumi of everyone's favorite moon princess, so that will probably be next. And after that, well... I've been eyeing
this amigurumi for a long time now. I would absolutely LOVE to make myself an even half-as-awesome Rathalos, but I am presented with one significant dilemma: I have never (excluding certain parts of this scarf) crocheted something from scratch - I always, always have had a pattern help me through it. So, if I want to make myself a Rathalos (and, presumably, a Rathian to go with him) I'm really going to need to step up my crocheting game. It is indeed quite daunting.
Anyway, in other news,
RUNE FACTORY 4 SHIPS ON TUESDAY! I have it pre-ordered from Amazon (and
have had it pre-ordered since JUNE) and I am TOO EXCITED FOR NORMAL WORDS.
Therefore: a haiku ~

Have a good night, internet! Don't hyperventilate!
